Firstly I'd like to thank you for visiting my site today and hopefully finding something that takes your fancy!

So a little bit about me and why 'Toni's homemade hearty bakes'....

I LOVE baking and you cant beat the smell of home bakes!

I started off when I was younger in my early teenage years cooking in home economics and found I enjoyed making sweet treats. 

But upon leaving education my career took me into healthcare and then kids come along.

It was when they started nursery I found myself baking various treats/deserts for them and doing more of a selection for their birthday parties or family gatherings. Plus there was often bake sales that the school put on to help raise money, which I did a selection of my bakes that always went down a treat.

So after several years doing the above and often wondering if I should do my own little venture, I decided to take the plunge and give it a go. Which is why Toni's homemade hearty bakes began.

The name covers my business from the homemade part which I feel is very important nowadays to the hearty bakes part which is exactly what they are.

In August 2025 I started my cake box (Cossington Cake Box) situated at the front of my garden. This is usually stocked and open on Fridays and Saturdays with a variety of my bakes. Sometimes I open on the odd Sundays, but please follow my social media for accurate and up to date opening times and other odd days of opening.
